Open the Exchange Accounts page.

Select the desired Exchange Account and click on "+Add New Key" button.

Add an API Key Name, a Private Key, and a Secret Key.

Optionally, set the expiration date for the API keys and click on "Add" button.

Your key is added now, you should see following confirmation.
