Follow these steps:
Open the Exchange Accounts page.
Press the "Add Account" button.
Select an exchange from the drop-down list and assign a name.
Press the "Add" button.
Now, you have createn an account. You should see following confirmation and be able to find your new account within Active Accounts section:
